Yes, it’s definitely still possible to have a nice, round, perky bootie when you’re older. You just have to work a little extra for it. The exercises and advice in the video below work for all ages and also for men;) Let me know what you think of the exercises below. Oh, btw, I erroneously call a Bulgarian split squat a wide-stanced lunge. Not sure why i didn’t catch that until it was too late…
