Before you do any glute/butt exercises, don't forget to activate your glutes to make sure they're firing properly. Otherwise the wrong muscles might be working and your butt won't get nice, firm, and round! Squeeze for two seconds at the top of the glute bridge like I'm doing in this video to wake up your butt! Wanna lose a couple of pounds and tone up fast? Are your knees bothering you? Try jumprope intervals! (Ensure you stay close to the ground, no bouncing!) Jump 60 seconds, take a 60 second break, repeat ten times or more! The faster you jump, the more calories you burn:) Did you know jumping rope can burn up to 15-20 calories per minute? 25% more than running for the average person:)
