An expert session is the same as a motivator session with the exception that it’s 30 minutes long and costs $10 more/session. This is the perfect choice for someone who feels 20 minutes is just “a little short.” Maybe you’re a beginner and want more personal guidance or maybe you’re an advanced exerciser who wants to get in a very hard, guided workout. The expert session is also great for people who want to lose body fat, as a 30-minute session is the perfect length to do enough intervals for it to make a difference on your body. (Notice that I say body, not scale. People with lots of muscle and little body fat are not big, bulky people, unless they train to get bigger. They are generally lean and trim, but weigh more than people with lots of body fat and less muscle.)
