I shot the first version of this fitness goal video Dec 30, 2022, and these are the same non-stretchy, 25-inch skinny jeans, but they fit better now because I’ve lost three more pounds of body fat while retaining ALL my muscle mass. Below the video, I’ve pasted a link to the old video in which I’m wearing a yellow top so you can compare. Now I weigh 138 pounds. (Height: Almost 5 foot 7.5.) Turning 52 in two weeks, but turning back time on my body! Remember, the best way to know you’ve lost REAL weight—that is, body fat, not muscle–is to have a pair of tight, non-stretchy pants to fit into. Comfortably, as I finally am!
